We decided to go back to Devil's Churn at high tide to see the 'churn' filled with water. I had read that being able to walk in it as people were doing the other day was only able to happen several times a year. We got to the churn just before 2:00. 2:06 was high tide.

Apparently the other picture I downloaded from the internet of the churn filled up to the top happens only during winter storms. The churn was filled, but not to the top! Still pretty cool. The tide was high so these rocks were getting covered with waves. It was a beautiful view!

We were talking with a family from Vancouver, BC Canada when Patty spotted another blue whale! It wasn't as close as the one's the other day, so I didn't get a picture but it is always impressive to see these huge animals!
The Japanese dock that we walked to last week at Agate Beach is being dismantled and taken away this week. We don't understand it, because it does bring tourist here, and in this horrible economy in this big tourist area that is not a bad thing. The locals we talked to felt the same way! Government at it's best!!!
We found a place we could see the dirty work from the road.

The picture was taken from above a beachfront Inn. We walked down the driveway and actually had to go underneath some decks to get to the beach for the picture below. Crazy retired senior citizens!

On Tuesday we mentioned we ate at Szabo's and had their Tuesday night 1 lb. Ribeye steak diner for $11.99. We didn't get a picture of it on Tuesday. Here is Szabo's.
